Our commission model starts at 18% of your rental income, adjusted according to the profile and location of your property.
In addition to the overnight stay, we charge travelers a cleaning fee.

These fees cover the purchase of a complete linen set for each bed, including 2 pillowcases, 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, as well as a large and a small towel.

Owners' earnings are calculated based on the nightly rate and the total number of nights booked. Our commission is applied only to the nightly rate after deducting platform fees, cleaning fees, and tourist tax.
