La maison est située dans un complexe résidentiel appelé BRAMER. Pour accéder à la maison, il faut emprunter un escalier de 111 marches, mais la vue exceptionnelle qui vous attend en vaut la peine. De plus, la sécurité des enfants de moins de 8 ans doit être prise en compte en raison des balustrades et autres éléments potentiellement dangereux.

Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine commune pendant la période estivale.
