Since the end of 2024, Spain has required a National Tourist Registration Number (NRA) for all short-term rentals listed on platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.). Without this number, listings will be deactivated from July 1, 2025. Here's what you need to know for owners on the Costa Brava.

The temporary number is assigned immediately and then validated a few days later. You will then need to add it to all your listings before July 2025.
